In 2014, Weinstein Local purchased this vacant brick and timber produce warehouse built in 1907. Over the course of the following two years, the development team finished a complete overhaul of the warehouse while adding a second floor of office space and outdoor patio.  The four brick walls are the only original pieces of the produce warehouse.
